Dry eyes relief
I've been struggling with super dry eyes, mouth, and skin because of my Diabetes. So, I figured I'd give this product a shot, and I've been using it for about a week. Good news - my eyes are feeling way less dry. They're more moisturized and comfortable, which is a big relief. I'm crossing my fingers that if I keep using it, I'll start seeing improvements with my other dry spots too. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how things are going so far.

I gotta tell ya, this brand is a total joke. The sizes are all wrong, the materials feel like they're gonna fall apart, and don't even get me started on their return policy. They only give store credit, even if the thing doesn't fit! And on top of that, they make you pay $10-$12 for shipping if you wanna send back or swap out your stuff. What a ripoff!

Weight gainer subscription
Man, I was really stoked about my weight gainer subscription with this company. I was counting on that product to keep my weight in check. But man, I was so disappointed when they ran out of it. I reached out to them right away via text and email, asking them to hit me up when it was back or to offer me any other weight gainer they had around. Finally, when they said they had the vanilla kind in stock, I tried to order it ASAP. The person over text said they could handle it and would ship me the vanilla. But for the next 3 days, all I got were excuses like "my team hasn't gotten back to me yet." And of course, the vanilla sold out within minutes. It was beyond frustrating, especially since I would've just ordered it myself if the person hadn't said they would handle it. What's the point of having text support if they're not gonna actually help the customer? Right now, they don't have any flavors of weight gainer at all, so now I gotta search for it elsewhere. It's pretty obvious they don't really care about making sure the customer is happy.
