    Camera strap purchase

    I recently bought a camera strap from this company and it was a letdown. The strap felt really flimsy and cheap, not like the high-quality materials they talked about on their website. After only using it a few times, it started falling apart, which made me doubt how long it would last. When I contacted customer service to see about getting a refund or exchanging it, they weren't helpful at all. The person I talked to didn't seem to care about my problems and didn't offer any solutions. My whole experience with this company was pretty disappointing, so I won't be buying from them again.

    Comfortable and stylish shoes, plus bow clips

    I just got some new shoes and bow clips from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. These shoes are not only super comfy, but they're also really stylish and versatile. The bow clips are a nice touch too, it's cool how they can change up the look of the shoes so easily. I have plantar fasciitis, so finding cute AND comfy shoes has been tough, but these shoes have been a total game changer for me. The padding and arch support are just right, and they fit my feet like a glove. I'm also pleasantly surprised by how well-made they are. And hey, the fact that they have discounts all the time is a major plus!

    Bill negotiation services

    I used a bill negotiation service to try and lower my cable bill. Overall, it didn't go very well. They said they got me a $15 credit, but that didn't happen. Then they wanted to charge me for their help even though they didn't save me any money. After arguing with them about the fee, they did give it back, but I was not happy with the whole situation. I wouldn't recommend dealing with these guys to anyone.

    As someone who has used property management services, I have to say that my experience has not been great. The communication between the property manager and the Board has been really lacking, with important information often not being shared on time. Follow-up on important issues has been all over the place, making us question how well the property management company is actually doing. There doesn't seem to be a good system in place for keeping track of tasks, and we've had to keep reminding them about past issues for the next meeting. On top of all that, the costs they bill us are not clear at all, making us wonder if we're getting our money's worth.

    Game subscription and in-game purchases

    I've had a frustrating experience with the game subscription and in-game purchases. The game pushes you to buy things constantly, which can be stressful for both parents and players. It's very annoying how hard it is to cancel the subscription once they have your credit card details. My kid tried a trial but kept getting charged for a year even though she no longer played the game. We had to call our credit card company to stop the charges because of this shady behavior.

    Medium scrubs

    I recently bought a pair of Medium scrubs from your store, thinking they'd fit me based on the size chart online. But, when I got them, they were way too big. I tried reaching out to ask about the return policy, but found conflicting info on different parts of the website. The customer support person I talked to wasn't very helpful and seemed like a robot, giving me a link for returns that didn't work like it should. It seemed like I had to buy a replacement at the same time if I wanted to exchange the item, which wasn't clear in the return policy. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get clear answers from customer service. To make things worse, I found out that international customers, like myself, can't make returns, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. All of this has left me feeling pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at your store as an international customer.

    I recently bought some stuff from this company, and when I needed to return one item, it was a total headache. I had to pay for shipping and multiple fees to send it back. Dealing with DHL and failed drop off tries was a mess, so I reached out to them for help. They finally sent me DPD labels, but it's been 10 days and I still haven't gotten my refund. Waiting 14 days to process it just doesn't fly in this online shopping world. I've given them proof of delivery, but they're still making me wait. I'm really let down by the customer service and how everything's gone.

    I just bought a bunch of stuff from this online store the other day. Their customer service was super quick to answer my questions, which was really nice.     Portable Blender and Mini Fridge

    This place is terrible. I bought a portable blender and mini fridge here, hoping for a deal on some new kitchen stuff. But it took forever for my order to come, and the customer service was awful. When I tried asking about my order, they were rude and unhelpful. And the products were bad too. The blender hardly worked, and the mini fridge stopped after a few weeks. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.
