Versace cushions
Oh my gosh, I just got these really awesome cushions from this fancy store. They totally make my living room look so stylish and cool. I've bought a bunch of stuff from there and I love it all. The people who work there are seriously so nice and helpful. They have such unique and cool stuff, and the prices are actually really good. Not to mention, the delivery was super quick and simple. I definitely recommend checking them out.
Chic home decor
Amara has seriously become my go-to for all things home decor! I mean, they just always have the best stuff, you know? Every time I pop onto their site, I can't help but pick up a little something extra (or two). The quality of their products is seriously unmatched, and I'm always finding these unique pieces that I just gotta have.

I was so impressed by how quickly my order arrived - it showed up the very next day, and that was on a Sunday! They even included a return label just in case I needed it, which I thought was a really nice gesture. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

I've gotta say, I am seriously blown away by all the awesome products this company has to offer. Every single thing I've bought has gone above and beyond what I expected, and the quality is top-notch. I've used these products for a bunch of home improvement projects and never had a single problem. Shoutout to Carrie, the customer service rep – she's amazing. Carrie is so professional and dedicated, it's really impressive. She's always there to help out right away and provide whatever support I need. I really appreciate her exceptional service and how she's always got my back.
Credit note issue
I had a credit note worth $1000 from this company, but when they went bankrupt, they wouldn't honor it. Their customer service was terrible, they kept refusing to honor the voucher. When I contacted them, they basically lied about why they couldn't honor the credit note.

The products here are top-notch - always high quality and show up at your door super fast with reasonable shipping fees. I've never been let down by any of my orders, especially during sales when there's a ton of great choices available.

I recently bought some stuff from this company, and when I needed to return one item, it was a total headache. I had to pay for shipping and multiple fees to send it back. Dealing with DHL and failed drop off tries was a mess, so I reached out to them for help. They finally sent me DPD labels, but it's been 10 days and I still haven't gotten my refund. Waiting 14 days to process it just doesn't fly in this online shopping world. I've given them proof of delivery, but they're still making me wait. I'm really let down by the customer service and how everything's gone.
Baobab Collection candle purchase
I bought a Baobab Collection candle from this company because I wanted to have a nice candle to make my home cozy. But, I was really let down when the glass of the candle broke because it got too hot while I was using it. It was scary and made me feel like the product was not good quality. Plus, when I contacted customer service for help, they couldn't give me any useful advice, which made me even more upset. Overall, I am very disappointed with my whole experience and I wanted to share my negative feedback about it.

Heavily-reduced items, easy ordering, next day delivery
I just snagged some great deals on clearance items and my husband is thrilled that I have a talent for finding bargains. Ordering was super easy and I got my hands on some high-quality stuff. Plus, my order showed up the very next day, packaged nicely and all set to use. Seriously, who wouldn't love that kind of service?
Annoying customer service
I can't stand this store, seriously. When I email them, it's like banging my head against a wall. They never really listen and I feel like I'm just repeating myself constantly. It's been ages and they still haven't given me a straight answer about my issue. Ugh, I wouldn't even waste your time shopping here.
Refund issue
I've been dealing with a refund problem from my recent purchase for the past 3 months and it's been a total nightmare. I've given them all the info they needed, like the tracking and proof that I sent back the items, but their customer service has been just awful. I've sent more than 20 emails and every time I get a new person giving me a different excuse or asking for more stuff. It seems like they don't want to give me my money back, even though the tracking shows the items were returned. I even tried opening a case on PayPal, but they said they couldn't do anything because of that, so I closed it like they said, but still no refund. This whole situation is so frustrating and crazy. It's obvious that the new owners brought crappy customer service with them. I really suggest staying away from this company.
Furniture order
I just got a bunch of new furniture from this store, and let me tell you, I was totally impressed by how nice everything was. It was a really fun experience unpacking everything, and each piece looked even better in person than it did online. The furniture is super high quality and the design is top-notch. Quick, efficient, reliable
I never would've guessed that shopping for __________ was gonna be such a good time! Dealt with a bunch of other companies before and let me tell you, they all made it a total nightmare. Terrific quality towels
I was kinda doubting the towels at first 'cause they were so cheap, but I was actually really impressed. They're a good size and really nice quality, I'm super happy with 'em. Only thing is, I totally forgot to get hand towels to match, and now they're all sold out. My bad for sure, but still super annoying.

I was really surprised by how friendly the folks were at this store. They noticed that the box was a little damaged and made sure to give me a heads up before shipping it out. Most places would just send it without saying anything, but it seems like Amara truly values their customers and wants to make sure their items arrive in good shape. That's really crucial, especially when you're sending a gift to someone. I'll for sure be spreading the word about this store to all my friends and will definitely shop here again.

I've been looking for some home decor stuff from this site for a minute now, and I gotta say, I'm always happy with what I get. I received an empty box. Somewhere between Birmingham UK and Brisbane Australia the goods were stolen however Amara and DHL refuse to replace or refund.
