Prepaid for rental
I paid for my car rental online in advance, but when I went to pick it up, they put a hefty hold on my card! And when I returned the car, they actually tried to charge me more than what I had already paid online. Luckily, I caught that and questioned it, or else I would have been out even more money. I had to email them twice to get an explanation and it took forever to hear back. It turns out they were trying to charge me for things like roadside safety net and "rice" coverage - totally random stuff. Lesson learned - always read through all the fine print before handing over your money!

Waterless car wash purchase
I recently bought a waterless car wash product and man, was I let down. The spray bottle that came with it felt super cheap and the nozzle was all wonky, making it a pain to use. And don't even get me started on the instructions - they said to mix 40 oz of water with 5 caps of cleaner in the spray bottle, but the bottle was labeled in liters, not ounces. Talk about confusing! Plus, it cracked me up that they called it "waterless" but then told me to add water. Such a letdown all around, definitely regretting that purchase.

Quick, efficient, reliable
I never would've guessed that shopping for __________ was gonna be such a good time! Dealt with a bunch of other companies before and let me tell you, they all made it a total nightmare. But not this one, no way. Ordering was easy peasy and I loved how they kept me in the loop about when my package was coming. And the stuff I got? Straight-up top-notch. Already made another order with them, and honestly, I can't see myself going anywhere else for __________.
