    Tickets to Universal Studios for family trip

    Couldn't go. Purchased tickets because Kkday advertises 'instant confirmation'. Got email confirmation right away just to get an email 2 hours later that it is sold out, and will be refunded. I don't care about refunds. I care about instant confirmation. Kkday, stop advertising what you can't promise.
