Review about: Bugatchi
Expensive shirt quality
I recently bought this really pricey shirt, but I was bummed out to find a hole in it. I thought for the amount of money I spent, the quality would be top-notch. So, I decided to contact the customer service team to see if I could get a replacement or some sort of compensation. Sadly, their response was a letdown. They said they wouldn't replace the shirt or offer any compensation for the defect. It was disappointing to see a brand that brags about selling top-of-the-line products have such poor customer care and support.

Assistance received after escalation
The customer service rep couldn't help me at first, but once I talked to a supervisor, they were able to resolve my issue quickly. I was impressed with how fast they replied to my questions, in less than 12 hours. All in all, I had a good experience with this company and would recommend working with them. eSIM Purchase Troubles
My experience buying an eSIM and dealing with customer service was really not good. When I got to Thailand, I tried to follow the installation instructions but had problems with both methods they gave me. The first method took me to a Chinese website that didn't have clear directions, and the second method sent me to a website that seemed risky and made me worry about my security. Even when I tried to get help from customer service, they just kept asking me for screenshots of the issues, which made me uncomfortable because of privacy concerns. It was frustrating going back and forth with them, taking up my time and causing me stress on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
