OMG, I am so excited about the 2 big candles I just bought that I got to customize as gifts! They are seriously AMAZING! I am a huge fan of Yankee Candle, so I had a good feeling these were going to be awesome. And they did not disappoint! They arrived super quick, even earlier than I thought. The candles are absolutely perfect. One of them was for my friend's new house, and she literally cried when she saw it. She is completely obsessed with it. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful candles and for the amazing service!

Day tour in Hokkaido
The day tour in Hokkaido was amazing! The bus was super clean and comfy, which made the ride really enjoyable. The driver smoothly took us to our stops at Asahiyama Zoo, Ningle Terrace, and Shirahige Falls with skill and professionalism. Our guide, who we'll just call "Joe," was fantastic - he was informative, funny, knowledgable, and kept everything organized. Huge thanks to Bobi and Mel for creating such a great experience.

Incorrect order, poor customer service
I had a bad experience with my DoorDash order. I gave clear instructions but still got wrong items and missed items. When I tried to contact customer service for help, they didn't do much to assist. The person delivering my order didn't speak English well, which caused problems and mistakes. Even basic requests like condiments or napkins were ignored. The lack of attention and communication was frustrating and made me feel like I wasted my money on a disappointing meal.
