Spa day booking at a hotel
I recently planned a spa day with some friends at a popular hotel. Sadly, our reservation got mixed up at first and the staff weren't very helpful in fixing it. Even though we eventually got it sorted out, our time there wasn't great. The spa didn't have a dedicated area for chilling out, and the pool was jam-packed with kids' swimming classes, making it loud and crazy. Plus, there weren't many spots to relax, as parents hogged the few available chairs by the pool. On top of that, we weren't allowed to have afternoon tea at the hotel while still in our robes. The 30-minute treatment we booked turned out to be only 20 minutes, cutting our day short. Basically, a fun day with friends turned into us leaving early at 1.30pm. It was a major letdown, and we won't be going back or telling others to go there, that's for sure.

I just bought my husband a pair of Merrell Zion shoes from Rugged Outdoors and let me tell you, I was super impressed. At first, I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but when I reached out to customer service to fix it, they were quick to respond and cancelled my order no problem. I placed a new order for the right size and got the shoes in just 2 days. And let me tell you, the pricing was awesome - even with shipping costs, it was the best deal I could find online. I'll definitely be shopping at Rugged Outdoors again - they've got my business for sure.

Progressive glasses purchase
I just got my new progressive glasses and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. They arrived fast, getting made and delivered in just 10 days. The whole process went really smoothly and was easy to deal with. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was that the price was originally in one currency and then changed to another after I bought them, ending up costing more than I expected. Even with that issue, the overall cost was still a lot better than if I had gotten them from a regular optical store. I'm happy with my new glasses and will definitely think about ordering from here again in the future.

Best cold weather hunting gear
Sitka Gear might cost a little more, but let me tell you, it's totally worth it. Their clothes are made for specific kinds of hunting, so they're really specialized and get the job done well. Right now, I'm getting a pair of pants fixed under warranty, and the customer service has been super helpful every step of the way. I've tried gear from a bunch of other brands, but Sitka is definitely the best I've ever tried. Trust me on this review - it's based on my own experience after using their stuff for years out in the field.

Green hoodies with Celtic-inspired zippers
I'm completely obsessed with my green hoodies from this store! They're such great quality and super cozy and comfortable. The Celtic-inspired zippers are a really cool detail that makes me feel connected to our traditions. I loved my first hoodie so much that I just had to get another one, and I don't regret it at all! They have a good range of colors and sizes, so it was easy for me to find the perfect fit.

I really love this electronics challenge course subscription! Every time a new project comes in, I get so excited. It's great to know I can have fun and learn some cool skills at the same time. The projects can be tough, but when I complete them, I feel like a total boss. I especially love showing off my creations and explaining how they work. This is seriously the best thing ever.

Acne solution
After seeing this product advertised for a while, I finally decided to give it a try when my teenage niece was dealing with really bad acne that just wasn't going away with regular treatments. And let me tell you, within a few weeks, we could see a real difference in her skin. She started feeling more sure of herself as those acne marks started to go away. I was so happy with how well it worked for her that I started using it myself for some light scarring I had, and I've already noticed a bit of improvement after only a couple weeks.

Kyoto day tour
I just got back from a day tour in Kyoto that I booked for April 17th, 2019, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. First off, the tour guide barely spoke English and only explained things in Japanese, even though there were a bunch of foreign tourists on the bus. Then, the timing was all messed up - we were rushed through too many places too quickly, and the tour guide walked so fast, it was impossible to keep up. Lastly, the info they gave us was a joke - they didn't go over all the pickup details after drop-off and didn't have any backup plans. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone.

Laptop upgrade to Windows 11
I just got a new Windows 11 laptop from this store. Everything went real smooth and the price was pretty good. It came real fast and was packaged really well. It was exactly how they said it would be, and it's been working fine so far. Only thing is, I found 8 student-looking word documents on there, but I deleted them right away. But I'm happy with my purchase overall.

Rewards program charge
I had this annoying thing happen where I got charged $16.95 by this company for some rewards program I never even wanted. When I called customer service to cancel it, they said they would, but I still haven't seen that $16.95 show up back on my card. It's really bugging me and making me not want to buy from them again.

I used to be a huge fan of this brand, but lately, I'm just not feeling it anymore. It's like every time I go shopping, the shelves are always empty. This has been going on for a good year now. I even had a chat with one of the store managers, and they sort of hinted that things aren't looking too good for the brand. It's a real bummer, so I'm going back to using Nars and Charlotte Tilbury instead.

50's swing dress
I just got this 50's swing dress from a fashion company, hoping it would be perfect for a performance. But man, was I let down. It took forever for my order to show up, and when it did, the size was way off from what they said on the site. So I tried to return it, following their policy and sending pics of the dress, but they hit me back saying it was too expensive to send it back. Now I'm stuck with this dress I can't even wear. Total bummer.
