Fleece pullover
I just bought a fleece pullover from this outdoor company's website and man, it was a real headache. It took forever, like twelve days, for them to ship it out. And when I finally reached out to see what was going on, they told me it was out of stock! Talk about a major fail in communication and customer service. So, I decided to try my luck somewhere else and came across Rugged Outdoors. Not only was the price the same, but they also offered free shipping, something the other company didn't. To my surprise, Rugged Outdoors didn't waste any time - they processed and shipped my order on the same day I placed it, even threw in UPS 2nd day shipping. I am seriously impressed with how fast and efficient they were. My fleece pullover is now on its way just in time for the season. You can bet I'll be sticking with Rugged Outdoors for all my outdoor gear needs moving forward.

I just bought my husband a pair of Merrell Zion shoes from Rugged Outdoors and let me tell you, I was super impressed. I placed a new order for the right size and got the shoes in just 2 days. And let me tell you, the pricing was awesome - even with shipping costs, it was the best deal I could find online.
