Subscribed language learning app
I had a little problem when I tried to log into my account right after I renewed my subscription for this language learning app. It was annoying, but I decided to shoot an email to customer service for some help. I got a response pretty quickly from a guy named Efrain, and he actually sorted everything out for me in one go. I was back using the app without any more hiccups. Gotta hand it to him, the customer service was really top-notch and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the help I got.

Replacement for malfunctioning product
The new Solawave product I got has really become a crucial part of my daily routine. I got nervous when it started acting weird, thinking it might stop working altogether. But when I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond with tips to fix it. They ended up telling me to return it and promised to send me a new one. Their awesome support and service have made me a loyal fan of the Solawave brand, and I'll stick with them forever.

Teeth Whitening Kit
My experience had been pretty good with UpSmiles. The process has been relatively simple. It is hard to tell effectiveness as I am only on the fourth aligner and early in my treatment. Awesome customer service. Definitely would recommend.

Mäsksup Masks
Terrible quality. Stitching and seams are crooked, uneven, looks like it's been sewn by child slave labor in China. Mask has fabric bunched up underneath top layer...how can that be efficient filtering if not evenly spread across mask surface? Also took over two weeks to be delivered from...yep, China. Also has offensive smell to mask. I'm going back to my other masks that look decent and don't have a toxic smell that I'll be breathing into my lungs.
