I recently bought some stuff from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. I've been eyeing some Eichholtz pieces that I saw overseas, and I was so happy to find them available here. The quality of the items is amazing, and they look even better in person. The ordering process was easy peasy, and the customer service was fantastic. My recent purchase
I ordered something and it seriously took forever to get to me. I mean, they didn't even bother letting me know when it would arrive. I had to wait a whole month! In kid time, that's like a million years. I saw in the reviews that other folks experienced the same issue. They definitely need to do a better job at keeping us in the loop, for real.

The manager at the center, Magda, was amazing with customer service the whole time I was there. As soon as I walked in, she was super friendly, got things done quickly, and knew her stuff inside and out. Magda really took the time to listen to all my questions and worries, making me feel truly important as a customer. Her customer service was top-notch, and really showed the bar for others to reach. Online order with a discount code
I just bought something online with a discount code I got in the mail. Everything was going smoothly until I tried to use the code at checkout and it gave me some trouble. I reached out to customer service for help, but I still haven't gotten a clear answer on what to do next. My order has been stuck in my cart for a few days now, and I can't seem to finish the purchase. It's really frustrating to have the item I want so close, yet I can't buy it because of this technical issue.

Patterned dresses
I found this cool company online with a ton of cute dress options and I've bought from them about 7 or 8 times now. I've had to return a couple things, but it was super easy and hassle-free. One time I sent back a dress right before the deadline, but they still took it back no problem and gave me a refund. Plus, whenever I sell the stuff I get from them on Poshmark, it always goes quick.

Earbuds purchase
I recently got these fancy earbuds a few weeks back, but they just didn't work for me. When I tried to return them, it was a whole ordeal to get my refund. Finally got my money back, but they shorted me a dollar, only got $499 instead of the $500 I paid. But when I complained on Facebook, the company actually paid attention - turns out their emails were getting spammed in my folder. My bad. I really wanted those earbuds to work, but my ears just weren't feeling it. Hopefully they sort out the communication problems though, not cool.

Cushion pads purchase
I just bought some cushion pads and I gotta say, they're really comfy and good quality. But man, the delivery with DHL was a mess. Even though I have a big mailbox and a clear sign, they just chucked my parcels over the fence. I recommend not using DHL for deliveries, guys.
