Sunglasses purchase
I bought a pair of sunglasses from this company recently, but I had to return them. The return process did not go as smoothly as I expected. I tried reaching out for help with the return on their website two times, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's really frustrating how they don't communicate or provide assistance to their customers. It looks like they intentionally make it hard for customers to return items, maybe hoping we'll just give up and keep what we bought. This whole situation has definitely not been a good experience, and I wouldn't suggest shopping from their website again.

Leather bags, high-quality, impressive hardware
I just bought a couple of leather bags from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed by how good they are. The leather is soft and buttery just like they said, and the hardware is really solid and tough. The craftsmanship and all the little details are top-notch. I can totally see myself using these bags for a long time. The only thing I could suggest is maybe adding more colors to choose from because I would love to get more in different shades for my collection.

Shorts purchase
I came across these shorts online that I absolutely loved, so I decided to buy them. But oh my goodness, it turned out to be a huge mistake! The customer service was just awful. It took them forever to send out my shorts, and they didn't even bother to respond to my question. And can you believe it - they actually sent me an email asking for feedback on my shorts before I even received them! It's like they're living in a whole other world or something.

I got my friend a Christmas gift, but it took forever to show up. It was supposed to be here on the 12th, but it didn't come until the 27th! I was super let down and had to scramble to get a different gift at the last minute.

I just bought some fitness gear from Gymproluxe and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the stuff. It's good quality and super convenient, especially with everything going on health-wise. Only problem is the app they have - it's been a headache. Been trying to set it up but haven't heard a peep from them about it. If it weren't for that, I'd give them a better rating for sure.

Floral UPF50+ Swimsuit
I just bought the Floral UPF50+ Swimsuit from this site. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I still wanted to see for myself. The material is kinda stretchy, but it's not as comfy as my other bathing suits. It doesn't fit perfectly, the bottom part sags a bit when I wear it and the sleeves are too long. Plus, the bra cups slipped around when I got out of the water, which was annoying. I think they need to work on fixing the design of this swimsuit.
