Rapid Shipping Light
I ordered a light and paid extra for expedited shipping, thinking it would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, it ended up coming late, in bad shape, and not how it was described. I even paid more for overnight shipping, only to find out later it wasn't even in stock. I waited all week, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged and didn't work properly. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful at all. They wanted me to open the package before giving me a refund, which didn't seem fair. I tried complaining about the condition of the item, but they just ignored me and didn't offer a solution. In the end, I had to go to my card provider to dispute the charge and get my money back.

XVape Avant
I bought the XVape Avant not too long ago, and it's been giving me some trouble. I even sent a video to the manufacturer to show them what's going on, but all they said was to try a different charger. I did what they suggested, but the problem still hasn't gone away - the device keeps shutting off after just nine seconds of use. What really gets me is the poor customer service from XVape; they haven't bothered to get back to me at all, whether I contacted them by phone or email.

Frustrating experience
I've tried to buy this sweater several times, but my Visa card just wouldn't go through, I don't know why. I contacted customer service, but all they said was to try a different payment method. I was really let down by the lack of help and communication from them. I won't be telling anyone to use this site.
