I received my order really quickly and everything went smoothly. The packaging was solid and I was able to easily track the delivery. I did have to send one of the products back, but it was a simple process. Now I'm just patiently waiting for my refund.

Luxurious leather boots
My shopping experience was amazing from beginning to end. I had some questions, and they were quickly answered, which really helped me choose the right product. When my fancy leather boots showed up, they were wrapped beautifully - almost too nice to unwrap! After reading lots of reviews, I can honestly say the product lives up to the hype. They fit perfectly, and the leather is so soft. A week later, I accidentally stubbed my toe, but because of how soft the leather is, I could still wear the boots without any issues. I seriously can't recommend this brand enough - the quality of the craftsmanship is truly outstanding.

Water, sewer, and gas line repair coverage
I bought some home repair coverage which includes fixing water, sewer, and gas lines on my property, all the way out to the street. I'm having trouble getting clear info from the company about the "Plan Limits" on my coverage. They mention these limits in their commercials too. They say repairs are covered up to these limits, but when I asked for details, I was told it only goes up to a certain number of feet from my house to the street. I tried to find out the exact footage, but they said only a contractor would know after a claim is filed and measurements are taken. This lack of transparency worries me because I'm concerned that if I need to file a claim, the "Plan Limits" might not cover all the repairs. The vague answers from customer service make me wonder why they're not sharing such crucial info and only telling contractors when a claim is made.

Premium service cameras
So, after this recent firmware update, the two cameras we've got under the premium service just totally crapped out. Dealing with the company has been a real pain because they're not willing to help us get the broken camera fixed without a proof of purchase, which we can't find. And on top of that, they won't even give us credit for the 10 months left on our premium service. Honestly, the whole thing has been super disappointing and I wouldn't suggest this product or company to anyone.

I just got this pass to see a bunch of cool stuff in New York, and let me tell you, it was totally worth it. Overpacked bus, poor commentary
The bus tour my partner and I took was honestly one of the worst I've ever been on. We were packed in like sardines with no chance to even hear the guide, let alone learn anything interesting about the city. The fact that they didn't limit the number of people getting on just made it all the more frustrating. It took forever to finally snag a seat, but then we had to endure a full hour of non-stop Beatles music with barely any actual info about the sights we were passing. The guide's attempts at humor just didn't land, and we left feeling like we totally wasted our time and money. Trust me, steer clear of this tour if you actually want to get to know the city.

I had the worst time dealing with Shoe Carnival's email marketing. No matter how many times I tried to unsubscribe, I still get emails I don't want. It's really concerning that their marketing emails don't have an unsubscribe button and it makes me worry about the safety of my personal info. It's just sad that Shoe Carnival doesn't value customer privacy more.

I just bought these earrings, and they looked really nice at first. But when I opened them up, I saw that the studs were all bent out of shape and the earrings were just thrown in the box all loosey-goosey. I've bought stuff from this store before, and it was fine, but this time was a letdown.
