Refund process issues
I've had two different experiences with Expedia where I needed to cancel a room reservation and deal with their customer service for the refund process. Both times, I faced some big problems and delays in getting my money back. The first time, I canceled in time, but got mixed messages about my refund status and had to contact the hotel directly to make sure the cancellation went through. The second time, I was given wrong info on when I'd get my money back and had to make sure it was processed right. In general, dealing with Expedia's customer service has been annoying and not very helpful.

Pink Lemonade E-Juice
I bought a bigger bottle of pink lemonade e-juice after a store employee suggested I try a new flavor since I'd been vaping the same one for a while. But as soon as I started using the new bottle, my pod fell apart within 5 minutes. I tried another pod, but got the same result. When I called the store, they said there were signs posted warning about this problem, but I never saw them. The store wouldn't replace my broken pods, so now I can't use the juice. I felt like I wasted over $25 and was really let down by the customer service.

The process of making the video was super simple and smooth. It was really cool how easy it was to send the final product to my friends and family. The prices were really good, which made it easy to make a cool video without breaking the bank. The only bad part was that there weren't a lot of music options - I wish they had more choices, like some fun happy birthday songs. It would also be awesome if there was a way to show the video on a TV. In general, I've used this service three times now and each time, I've been happy with how things turned out.

Funko Pop figures
Don't even waste your time buying from this place! They are unbelievably slow at getting your order ready and then when they finally ship it, it feels like forever for your precious pops to arrive. I mean, seriously, I could walk to the store and get the same ones faster! And if there's an issue with your order, forget about getting any help from their customer service. They just keep saying "be patient" even after months since you placed your order. I've sent them countless emails and it seems like they just don't care! One time they sent me a messed up Funko Pop and when I told them, they were like "not our problem". Why even bother selling stuff if you're not going to stand behind it? I'm done with this place and their ridiculously slow shipping and terrible customer service. Never shopping with them again. If I could give them a lower rating, I totally would.
