Ejuice purchase
I've been buying ejuice from this company for a few months now, and I've got to say, I'm always impressed with how good their stuff is. The ejuice tastes great and goes down smooth, giving me a satisfying vape every single time. And the prices are fair, so it won't break the bank for fellow vapers out there. Plus, my orders always show up pretty quickly, which is a big plus. They also do a great job of keeping me in the loop about my orders. Guava juice purchase
I've been a customer of TheVapeMall for a while now, and let me tell you, their guava juice is absolutely the best. The flavor is on point every time, never lets me down. Please never stop making it because I can't go without vaping it. Besides the awesome guava juice, I'm always amazed at how fast they deliver. Just ordered a vape kit and it arrived in only 2 days from Missouri to Tennessee. That's some top-notch service. Bottom line, I definitely suggest TheVapeMall for all your vaping stuff.
Vape juice and coils
I recently ordered some vape juice and coils from this place and I was really looking forward to testing them out. The vape juice had an incredible taste and the coils performed excellently. The prices were decent too, so I didn't feel like I was being overcharged. But goodness, the delivery took forever! It seemed like it took weeks for my order to finally show up. And when I tried reaching out to customer service for an update, no one answered the phone. That was definitely frustrating.
Vape supplies
I'm a frequent customer of TheVapeMall and I've always used their website to buy my favorite vape stuff. But lately, I hit a snag when the website wasn't working right. It was a bummer because I've been a loyal customer for a while. I usually stock up on vape gear from them, but because of the website glitch, I couldn't place my order. Now I'll have to look into other options for getting my vape supplies, which sucks.
Skittles vape juice
I recently ordered some Skittles flavored vape juice from TheVapeMall because I wanted to try out a new flavor for my vape. However, when I got my order, I realized that the vape juice was salt nicotine, not the regular freebase that I usually use. I was pretty disappointed because I only vape freebase juice. On top of that, I made a mistake when typing in my email address during the ordering process, which caused a delay in getting my tracking information.
It took a while for me to get in touch with their customer service, but when I finally did, the response I got had a bit of a passive-aggressive tone. Overall, my experience with TheVapeMall wasn't great, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for vape products. Strawberry ice e-liquid
Hey everyone, so I ordered this strawberry ice e-liquid, thinking I was gonna get hit with some yummy strawberry flavor. But, instead, all I tasted was a bunch of spearmint! I reached out to customer service, and they had the nerve to say I needed to let it sit for a whole 7-10 days to "steep" and bring out the flavor. Like, really? Why should I have to mess around like a chemist with my vape juice? Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.
E-liquid and coils

Even though I was a bit worried at first, I got my order super quick with no hiccups. Vape juice
I've been buying vape juice from this company for about two years now and it's always been great. But the last two times I ordered, it tasted terrible, almost like sewer water. So, I contacted customer service to see if they had a new person making the juice and to let them know about the issue. But after waiting for three weeks, all they said was basically "tough luck."

The Vape Mall sent out my tank order really quickly, and I got it in only 3 days. I was really impressed by how fast they delivered it, so I ended up ordering from them again. Custom e-liquid purchase
TheVapeMall has some really great custom e-liquid products that I absolutely loved. Making my own flavors was so much fun. However, I had some issues with the shipping and customer service. I paid extra for 3-5 day priority shipping, but my order took almost three weeks to get to me. That was really frustrating, so I disputed the charges and got a refund. Then, when my next order got canceled, I tried to talk to Tina, the owner. She was really rude and dismissive, which was unprofessional and not cool at all. That's why I decided to look for a different place to buy my vape stuff.
Pink Lemonade E-Juice
I bought a bigger bottle of pink lemonade e-juice after a store employee suggested I try a new flavor since I'd been vaping the same one for a while. But as soon as I started using the new bottle, my pod fell apart within 5 minutes. I tried another pod, but got the same result. When I called the store, they said there were signs posted warning about this problem, but I never saw them. The store wouldn't replace my broken pods, so now I can't use the juice. I felt like I wasted over $25 and was really let down by the customer service.
Recent juice purchase
I bought some juice from this company not too long ago. The juice itself was fine, but I gotta say, the shipping time was pretty disappointing. I paid extra for express 2-4 day shipping, but both times my order took a whole lot longer to get to me - like 7-14 days. It's frustrating dealing with these inconsistent delivery times. I'm thinking about looking for a different vendor who can ship my orders more reliably and quickly.
Myle Vape, first time
I gotta say, trying Myle Vape for the first time was amazing! The flavor was on point and it didn't stink up my house or cling to my clothes. And when I took a hit, it didn't feel like I was gonna cough up a lung. Plus, the price was pretty fair. Definitely impressed with this one!

I just got a flavorless base from this company and chose the regular shipping option. They usually take about five days, but guess what? I got it in just three days after I ordered it on a Tuesday night. And as a bonus, they threw in a free pen with my package. I am really impressed with how quick and awesome their service is.

We do apologize that you did not enjoy your flavors. I do see that your package was delivered on the 21st. This is not normally enough time for your bottles to steep to allow that flavor to come out. With our e juices being made when ordered per your specifications, it can require extra time for steeping for those flavors to be more flavorful. Instructions on how to steep I have included here:
What is steeping and Airing out eJuice?
Steeping is similar to ageing. Often times a liquid needs to steep or age in order for the flavor to blend fully with ingredients. We recommend steeping our liquids for 7-10 days in a dark, room temperature environment such as a drawer or closet, shaking thoroughly every two days. Some of our liquids such as tobacco and coffees may need additional steep time. Some eLiquids require little to no steeping. Airing out the ejuice is taking the cap and/or tip off and letting it breathe a little. The breathing helps the flavor mature and any additives in the flavoring evaporate.
