Strawberry ice e-liquid
Hey everyone, so I ordered this strawberry ice e-liquid, thinking I was gonna get hit with some yummy strawberry flavor. But, instead, all I tasted was a bunch of spearmint! I reached out to customer service, and they had the nerve to say I needed to let it sit for a whole 7-10 days to "steep" and bring out the flavor. Like, really? Why should I have to mess around like a chemist with my vape juice? Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.

Unsatisfactory exchange experience
My recent experience with customer service at this store was really disappointing. I had an issue with an online purchase that I needed to exchange, so I talked to a customer service rep online. They were unhelpful and not very professional, but they did say I could exchange the item in-store. When I went to the store, the associate there wouldn't let me make the exchange because they didn't have the right sizes. Even though the online rep said I could do it. It was frustrating and I felt let down by the lack of consistency and communication between the online and in-store teams. Because of this, I've decided not to shop at this store anymore.
