    Slow prep, decent product

    I unboxed it on a slow Tuesday evening after work and tried it straight away.     Small miracle from one helpful person

    Left at door, gone — and nobody helps

    "delivered." Problem was, the box wasn’t at my doorstep and I was home the whole time. I ordered a jacket from the site about two weeks ago — checkout was quick and price seemed fair, so first impression was fine. That’s why this whole thing felt so off. I called the courier first and, to my surprise, their rep admitted the driver hadn’t followed protocol and that the package was likely taken after being left unattended. That admission was unexpected and actually helpful in proving something went wrong. But then I contacted customer service at the retailer and it went downhill. On the phone they told me I’d get a refund and even asked me to wait a couple hours. I waited. No refund appeared. Later I got an email saying they wouldn’t refund me after all. Their FAQ even says the courier should leave a note and try again, or you’ll get refunded after failed attempts — none of that happened here. So the odd part is: the delivery company owned up to the mistake, which I didn’t expect, but the retailer wouldn’t follow through. I’ve been back and forth on calls, sent photos, and still no proper resolution. Small things that would’ve helped: a clear update in the account, an actual signature policy followed, or an honest, timely refund. Instead I’m left with a missing order and a lot of time wasted. If you care about tracking actually matching reality and a company that honors its own policies, be cautious here. The courier’s admission was the only decent moment in an otherwise frustrating experience.

    I just ordered 4 things from this shop. The first package came with 3 items, but the second one with the last item never showed up. It was a major bummer because I was excited to get everything all at once. I should've checked out the reviews before buying from here, seems like missing items is a common problem.

    Jeans too big

    My jeans came in a nice package and got here fast, but man, when I put them on, they were huge! I'm talking like 8 sizes bigger than what I actually ordered. Now I gotta deal with the whole exchange process, which is a real bummer. It'd be great if their sizing was more on point so I wouldn't have to deal with this.
