I am so bummed out about the service I got from this company. I tried calling and sending messages so many times about my order being late, but nobody ever got back to me or helped out. It was super frustrating and just not okay how they didn't even try to communicate or help me out with my issue.

Weight loss motivation
I was really looking forward to some motivation and support in my efforts to lose weight, but man, I gotta say, the service from this company was a huge letdown. It sucks to find out they're out here judging and discriminating against people just because of how they look. The founder, especially, was acting all racist and it made me feel pretty unwanted. It's just not cool for any business to treat their customers like that. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them - they're unprofessional and clearly don't care about their customers.

Tax filing service
After reading a bunch of bad reviews, I've decided to pass on using this service. It doesn't sit right with me that there's no clear way to reach out to the company for tax questions, that's a major red flag. I'd rather shell out the cash for a professional to handle my taxes than deal with potential headaches down the road.
