Unopened product, returned due to personal reasons
I ended up buying something from this place, but for personal reasons, I couldn't actually use it. Even though I couldn't use the product, I have to give a shoutout to their amazing customer service. I sent back the unopened product, and the very next day after they got it, I got a quick refund. I hadn't even opened the bottle, but the return was easy peasy. I did have to pay for shipping, but that totally made sense.

Chair purchase
I ordered this chair and shelled out for shipping, but man, what a mess! The shipment took forever, and when it finally showed up, it was a nightmare to handle. Customer service was useless, they basically shrugged and said tough luck. Next time, I’m definitely asking for free shipping and discounts upfront before I hit that order button because that whole ordeal was just awful!
