Review about: PUR Cold Pressed Juice
Cold pressed juice delivery
I've gotta say, as someone who orders cold-pressed juice delivery pretty regularly, I'm really impressed with the quality of the products. The flavors are so fresh and each bottle is filled with great nutrients. But I gotta be honest, the whole delivery experience can sometimes be a bummer. The packaging is often all beat up, with staples sticking out and corners smashed in. And the way they throw the frozen juice bottles in the insulated bag is just all over the place, which ends up making a mess with the gel freezer packs leaking everywhere. I mean, it's cool that they offer a reusable shipping cooler, but honestly, I have no clue how to return it for reuse, especially since I'm always on the move. Overall, the juice itself is awesome, but they really need to step up their shipping game.

Dog bed purchase
I got this really comfy dog bed for my little buddy and he just can't get enough of it! But then my old dog passed away, so I had to cancel the order. When I contacted customer service, they were so nice and compassionate. They canceled the order and gave me a refund without any hassle. Huge shoutout to the awesome team at Wuffes for being there to support me in a tough moment.

Dolphin Fountain with Hose
I recently bought a dolphin fountain from this company, and let me tell you, I'm so disappointed. The fountain looked great and really spruced up my garden. But after only 3 months, the hose inside the dolphin's head started falling apart and needed to be replaced. When I reached out to customer service, they said that because I painted the outside of the fountain, I voided the warranty and they wouldn't help. How crazy is that? Painting the outside should have nothing to do with the hose inside, and they should back up their products no matter what. I won't be shopping with this company again and I'd warn others against it too.

Long-distance gift surprise
