Free impression kit, responsive customer service
I got this cool free impression kit from a company and I've been really impressed with how helpful they've been. They're super easy to communicate with and they always respond to my questions really quickly. I had some trouble with my impressions at first, but they were so nice about setting up a video call to walk me through it without charging anything extra. I really hope their service stays this awesome moving forward.

Online order cancelled
I placed an order online and everything seemed fine. My credit card went through without any issues, but then hours later, I got a cancellation notice out of nowhere. There was no explanation at all! I decided to give the store a call and that's when I found out they were all out of stock. It would have been much better if the cancellation notice mentioned that. I also think it would have been nice of them to offer the option to pick up the item later when they had it back in stock. The whole situation just seems lazy, disorganized, and not good customer service.

Guitar purchase
I used to love shopping at Sweetwater for musical gear. Their customer service and sales staff were always super helpful and friendly. But lately, I've noticed that the quality of their service has gone downhill. Even though they talk about hand inspections and extra warranty, I had a hard time getting my instrument fixed when it had an issue. It seems like their inspections don't really help set up the instruments correctly. I've started looking at other places that offer much better customer service now.

Profile Unity RTA purchase
I recently ordered the Profile Unity RTA from 3FVape and I was so impressed with how everything went. Even though it took a little longer to get here because it was coming from China, the RTA arrived in perfect condition. Let me tell you, the Profile Unity RTA is an incredible mesh RTA that really blew me away. Shout out to 3FVape for the great product and service!

2 4-packs of toner for my printer
I just bought two 4-packs of toner cartridges for my printer, but one of them turned out to be defective. It was pretty annoying, but I managed to solve the problem by using a cartridge from the other pack. Although it was frustrating dealing with a faulty product, I'm glad customer service was quick to offer a replacement. It's clear that there are some quality control problems that need to be fixed to make sure customers get working products.

Software purchase
The product is really great, it has awesome features and an easy-to-use interface. But man, their customer service was just not up to par. I had to keep bugging them about this tech and money problem that should have been fixed right away. It took them nearly three weeks to deal with a simple business issue, and that was super annoying. Companies really need to step up their game with customer service, you know? It's just as important as having a good product to keep customers happy.
