Engagement ring and band
I recently bought an engagement ring and band from the store, but I was bummed out when a side diamond fell out after only one year. When I reached out to the customer service team, they told me I should have taken it to a local jeweler for inspection, even though no one had mentioned that before. Dealing with the whole process of sending it back, paying for the diamond replacement, and waiting a month to get it back was a big hassle. I was hoping they would just replace the ring, but they said they couldn't do that until they checked it out and charged me for it. It's frustrating that a ring that's only a year old would have issues like this. I've always been a loyal customer, but this experience has left me disappointed and unsure about making future purchases from the store.
