The website is a disaster. Invoices are so confusing, with all these random charges for courses, memberships, and exams. It's seriously a pain trying to make sense of what each email is trying to tell us.

I did a lot of research before I chose this company. The aligners are really good quality for the price, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I did have some problems with the molding process, but a customer service rep named Ele helped me out. There was also an issue with one of the retainers, but Ele from customer service fixed it quickly.
