Patriot Power Sidekick
I just got my Patriot Power Sidekick and I'm pretty impressed with it. When I got it, the battery was at 81%, so I checked out the manual, plugged it in, and charged it up to 100%. I tried it out by using it to charge my 12-volt car battery flashlight charger, and it worked like a charm. To top it off, both the solar panel and the generator showed up within a week of me ordering them, which was a nice surprise. I can definitely say that 4 Patriots came through on their word of giving a dependable and effective power source.

Meal planning app
I really love using this meal planning app! I use it almost every week and it's really cool. You can personalize your meals and it connects with Instacart, which is super handy. They even have a feature for batch meals, which is awesome because it helps you use up ingredients you already have. The only downside is that sometimes the calorie count doesn't align with my goals, especially if I make a lot of changes. But all in all, PlateJoy is fantastic for meal prep and gives me tons of new ideas.

Gift for partner
I was kinda unsure about buying something online because of some bad reviews about shipping and delivery times. But, I took a leap of faith and ordered a gift for my significant other. I got a tracking email, but it was a little confusing. Still, I was super happy when my gift showed up just 9 days later. The color of the hoodie was a tad off from the picture on the website, but the hoodie itself and the print were both top-notch. My partner was thrilled with it, so I was pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this place and was happy with how fast they arrived. But man, their customer service needs some work. I tried to return the shoes the same day they came in, but it's been over a week and nobody's gotten back to me yet. My husband had to go buy a smaller size from the same store because of the radio silence, which was a bummer. It's a real shame, 'cause I was looking forward to shopping here again.

Products transforming hair
I am totally in love with the products I got from this hair care brand. They've totally changed my hair and my daughters' hair too. Went from dry and straw-like to shiny and flowing locks. We're so happy with how it turned out. And can I just say, the delivery was lightning fast! I ordered on a Saturday and got it the very next day, on a Sunday!

Don't even bother shopping here, the customer service is just terrible! I placed my order and then the very next day they decided to start a sale for 30% off, but they wouldn't honor it for me. And to top it off, they wouldn't even let me cancel the order, so now I'm stuck with it. On top of all that, the products I bought came in all broken and feeling super cheaply made. This store is way overhyped - steer clear if you can.

I was so happy with my first order from Cult Beauty with free next day delivery. They kept me updated every step of the way, even Royal Mail, and everything came in perfect shape. I got a light therapy mask and some lip glosses, and the swatch pics were a huge help in picking the right shades. The lip stuff was at different prices, but all really good quality, which makes me want to try more from them. I'm already excited for the next sale so I can shop some more.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with . I sent my wife a fruit basket and all the pears are rotten . I also been on hold for over 2 hours and still no response . I also sent an email with my complaint but again no answer . Worst customer service ever . I will never use this company again . I'm 79 years old with a lot of time on my Hans so I shall spend at least an hour a day bashing this so call company . Please if you care about the person or persons your planning on sending fruit ,DONT !!!!

My Sitka Gear gloves and the lack of service response would rate 0 out of 5 stars.
The seams split in exactly the same place on both gloves. I was happy with the fit up until that point. Not too snug or loose. The perfect size for me.
I filled out the online warranty form, received notification via email that it had been received, was given a RA# (whatever that is) and told that I would receive a prepaid shipping label within 24-48 hours via email. That was on Oct. 23rd. Nothing came through.
On Oct. 27 I received an email that my warranty claim had been resolved. What the ..?? Wow! The date today is Nov. 12. I Tried to call immediately. Try it yourself, you will be put on hold for the next available representative. That will never happen. I have stayed on the line as long as 1 hr 30 min. And no-one ever answered.
After each “hold” I finally pressed the number to leave a message. I was able to the first time I used it. The next three times the voice message box was full and the message said they would not be accepting voice messages until they had cleared the backlog of previous messages...Really?!!
I have emailed the customer service team twice and have received no response.
My advice is do not patronize this company. They are not serious about the warranty on their products. There are other really excellent hunting clothing manufacturers out there who are responsive to their customers. You deserve prompt resolution to warranty issues on expensive items. From my experience you will not receive that with Sitka Gear....just sayin!
