Pool cleaner purchase
I just bought a pool cleaner from this company and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. So, the website said I'd get free shipping on orders over $100, but I still had to pay for shipping. Then they said I'd get my order in a week, but it took a whole six weeks. And when I tried to talk to customer service, I got connected to a call center in another country where they could barely speak English. It was such a headache.
