My recent purchase
I bought something from this company not too long ago and ran into a small issue with missing hardware. Basically, one of the screws needed for the top cover didn't have a matching nut, which was kind of a pain. But, once I let the company know about it, they quickly fixed the problem. I was impressed by how fast they responded and how willing they were to make things right. Even though there was a tiny hiccup, my whole experience was pretty good and I'm satisfied with how it was handled.

Online purchase for shipment to Hong Kong
My first time buying from this online store was really good. I talked to their customer service before I made the purchase and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. It took a little longer than I thought for my order to get to Hong Kong because of COVID-19, but the packaging was great and the product came in perfect condition.
