Cheese purchase
My experience with the customer service at this online gourmet food store was pretty disappointing. I tried to reach out through email with some questions about the different types of cheese I wanted to buy, but I never heard back from them. It was really frustrating and left me feeling pretty clueless about what I was looking to buy. Finally, when my order arrived almost two weeks later, it was a letdown once again. The packaging was all messed up, clearly mishandled. The cold pack inside was way too small, so some of my cheese ended up being warm. It made me wonder about their quality control and attention to detail. On top of that, when I sent a follow-up email about the shipping, I never got a response. It just shows they don't really care about their customers. Overall, this whole experience has left me really unsatisfied with the service and communication from this online gourmet store.
