Purchased gourmet food items
I was really looking forward to trying out this fancy food company, but man, was I let down. The food was decent, I guess, but that's pretty much the only thing that was good about it. Ordering was a nightmare, full of mistakes and technical issues. And let me tell you, dealing with customer service was a joke - might as well have been talking to a wall. And the delivery? Forget about it. Supposed to be fast, my foot. It took ages to finally show up. Overall, not worth all the trouble.
