    I was looking for a swimsuit that was a little different from the usual ones, and I stumbled upon this awesome H2O-Dri Explore Rash Vest with matching shorts. The material is really high quality, super comfortable, and feels great against the skin. The seams are well done, and it allows your body to breathe while you're in the water. I opted for express shipping and it arrived in just two days, incredibly fast and the delivery was flawless! My only issue is that the shirt only comes in one pattern... how boring!     This store is such a pain to deal with. The product I got was awful quality, and when I wanted to send it back, they made me jump through all these hoops just to get a free shipping label. They wouldn't even believe me when I said the item was messed up, so I had to send them a bunch of photos before they finally agreed to take it back. It's completely crazy that I had to waste so much time and energy just to return something that was defective. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    I've been buying their stuff for years and always loved how comfy and high-quality their sheets are. Recently, I got a split king bed with an adjustable frame, but after just two days, I knew the split style wasn't for me. Reached out to customer service, and they were super helpful in walking me through the exchange.     I recently bought some fancy fabrics for my curtains from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by the quality and the price. The fabrics looked just like they did on the website and they were delivered to me pretty quickly. But, I was kinda bummed when I found out that one of the fabrics I got was ten inches short. I reached out to customer service and after a bit, they sent me a return label for free. Once they got the fabric back, they quickly gave me a credit on my account. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but that little mistake made me hold back on giving them a perfect 5-star rating.

    Brown suede-like crocs with backstrap

    I bought this cool pair of brown suede-like crocs with a backstrap for a hundred bucks. They looked really good to me. But, darn it, in just three months the backstrap broke. I was so bummed out because I couldn't return them without the receipt. I usually don't hold onto receipts for stuff like this, thinking they'd last longer than a few months.

    My experience is not good at all I've tried it several times I keep taking the first two I've tried taking just one no matter what I do it gives bad headaches and stomachaches, and I get nausea I would really like to get my money refunded

    I can never reach them either. Their entire selling strategy is based on locking everyone into repeat business. They offer a discount if you allow them to send you emails EVERY DAY, but to get the discount you have to subscribe to regular deliveries. Why would I regularly subscribe to something I only want to try to see if it works before buying in bulk? If I'm not worth giving 15 percent off on a trial, then I'm not good enough to get it later. No thanks. That kind of marketing stinks.

    UNZU does not show any concern to their customers when their products do not deliver the evident as described in their description. Also, if you order more than one item, (Example: 6 each) for the same product you can only return one single item, not the entire order. They could care less about the many problems that occur when customers are ordering their products. Returns are a problem for customers as well as the retailer. Unfortunately, all this company care about is themselves. They ignored my complaint when emailing my severe problems, I encountered with sickness that occurred after taking their supplements. They certainly have no empathy for others, even if their product has caused side effects from taking their supplements. I have now encountered serious health problems taking this unsafe toxic junk. Do not order from this uncaring and heartless business. After my unpleasant health problem, I am not sure if UNZU uses quality ingredients. Their supplement caused many problems. One problem with their produce caused my abdominal area to blow up like a volleyball. Please avoid this company and stay away from their marketing scam. Their products do not work for all individuals.

    So I received my rock and roll scarf, but there was a flaw on it. I emailed them, sent picture of flaw and they said to mail it back and I would receive a new one. I mailed it out. The day after I emailed them again for a tracking number, this woman told me to keep the original scarf and they would send another one. She was very apologetic for the damaged scarf. I told this woman that scarf was enroute to their return site and I requested that return fee be crudités today my credit card, it was soon after. If I had waited a few days to mail back original scarf, I would have had 2 for the price of one. Flaw was small enough to hide, but I paid a high price for it and that is why I emailed them for a new one. I do love my scarf , even thou they do take a while to get, they are coming from out of USA.

    I LOVE the Kesaradi and Manjish oils!!! As a acne sufferer for 15+ years I was desperately looking for a product that wouldn't break me out. I tried so many products and spent thousands of dollars on moisturizers, creams, cleansers, treatments, microdermabrasion...etc but none of them helped with my acne.
    A friend of mine recommended these oils and I cannot thank her enough!!!
    My skin, not only doesn't break out, the texture including pores and evenness has improved a lot.
    Service could be better by letting you know if a product is sold out when you are buying it to prevent confusion and frustration later on. However, the customer service representatives are nice and friendly.

    I’m having the exact same problem as the previous reviewer. I placed an order, my card was charged, and going on a week, I have not received an email confirmation, nor replies to my emails asking about the status of my order. I’m not too happy about that.

    Ordered items on April 26th, card was charged on 27th (#171-384867). Item not yet received as of May 28th. Customer service is atrocious, with shoddy, intermittent responses. Finally called my credit card company and asked for a reimbursement.

    I still haven't received it. The tracking said delivery was July 9th but now it shows it being shipped from India with a pending delivery date.     Look at all of the complaints! And think of all of the people who are silently waiting and not saying anything either. I've given up hope on this company. No replies and they took hundreds of dollars for my order. I am SO bummed out that they are shady. If they cannot handle providing the products maybe they should not be taking orders until they are able. They must have so many complaints with banks for their fraud.

    I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order. It's been sitting in a Fedx facility all that time. I contacted Fedx and now they tell me there's a problem with shipping it and are sending it back to the supplier. This WAS a Christmas gift. Not happy at all.     Hi, i have ordered a week ago and there is no response after on shipping. I have called multiple times and sent emails to support. Can you please help ship my order or please advise if i should cancel my order. Here is the order number 171-557987

    No response to my emails, the tracking number they gave is bogus, there's no record with DHL of a shipment, the order status just says 'ready' but hasn't been sent. They claim 4-5 days shipping but my order has been sitting 'ready' for more than twice that amount of time! I've tried to cancel the order and requested a refund through my payment method. Wish I'd seen these reviews before getting suckered into buying from this place.

    Regarding my above review, the item arrived today, too late to give as the gift intended but it did arrive despite the inaccurate tracking information on my order. I would delete that first review if I could figure out how!

    #171-567760 says is on the way, it has said the same thing for days...sitting at a facility. Reached out to customer service without response. I really wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I think in the future do not take money from a customer until you have the products are are ready to ship. As of today it "says in transit" These products are expensive and I expect better customer service and communication. I assume these really are finally shipped. I hope to enjoy the products, however you really need to improve your customer service. I will be in touch as to if I actually receive the products and if I like the products.     Have used their products before that are not only brilliant but also their customer service needs to be applauded. I had an issue with my last order and was promptly refunded within 12 hours. This time the discount hadn’t been applied to the order which also was dealt within 8 hours. Just cannot fault them. I think considering the covid situation everyone needs to be a bit patient with deliveries for which courier companies are responsible not them.
