I just gotta say, the stuff I bought was top-notch and the prices were seriously amazing. But man, those shipping rates were a bit much, you know? Like, do they think we're made of money or something? Luckily, the prices of the items themselves were so good that it kinda balanced things out. My order got here pretty quickly, thank goodness 'cause I wasn't about to drive all the way to a store. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but they might wanna rethink those shipping rates.

Travel bag with broken zipper
I recently bought a travel bag that had great reviews, so I was excited to use it. It was lightweight, rolled smoothly, had a strong handle, and a nice dark blue color. As someone who travels a lot, I need a bag that can handle the wear and tear. However, dealing with customer service was a huge letdown. When the zipper on the outside pocket broke, I expected quick help from the company. But that's not what I got. It was hard to get in touch with them, and all I got were automated responses that took forever to get a real answer. The guy, Jose, I talked to wasn't helpful at all and just made things more complicated. It took over a month of going back and forth just to get them to think about sending me a new zipper.

I was so bummed when my wristbands for this event got jacked, totally messing up my plans. But Front Gate Tickets and their awesome dude, Brandon, totally saved the day. I got these green insoles for jogging, thinking they might help my plantar fasciitis. So far I've had a great experience with my X7 Max. Setup was easy, the controls are great, and it has a great battery life with a long range. This scooter works very well. It tops out at about 20 mph, but won't really hold that speed if you're pushing a wind. The lower setting of 10 mph is easy enough to maintain and maximize the battery life.
Compare with the X7 Pro, X7 Max has an added battery lock and its deck has also been widened and elevated for a safer and more comfortable standing position as well as smoother riding when going over bumps. The only con (and this really isn't a big deal) is the stickers that come on the screen are a little hard to remove directly. I added the alcohol to the glue marks, left for 30 minutes, and successfully wipe the residual glue with a rag. Again, no big deal. All in all, a great product!
Also, the customer support provided by Turboant has been exceptional. They have been responsive and attentive to my inquiries, ensuring a seamless buying experience and offering peace of mind regarding any potential issues or concerns.

Paris in a Day Tour with Louvre Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame
Booked for a family of 8 on Paris-in-a-day tour. Received a text 2 days out notifying that the Eiffel tower tour component is no longer available as it cannot match the timing on the tour. Why list all these go to attractions in a day when the times cannot be matched?
The tour listing entices you to book on this full packaged tour, describing to take you to all these attraction in single day only to later disappoint leaving out the "skip the line Eiffel tour" main attraction. They replied by asking us to go directly to the website and book for the Eiffel tower ourselves. Was busy season so all tickets the Eiffel tower was booked out. No support whatsoever. Travelled all the way from Australia to miss out on the main attraction on our 3 night stay in Paris is unacceptable.
Rubbing salt further into the would, they issued a the measly partial refund is US$136 for the whole group where their Eiffel tower tour listed on their website starts from $US50/adult.
If you are looking for an unprofessional tour company to 1. spoil your family holiday; 2. conduct in a misleading and deceptive manner; rip you off; and 3. rip you off; you have certainly come to the right place.Review about: Biion Footwear
Batman Shoes
I ordered these $110 Batman shoes on April 3rd as an Easter gift and was quoted a 6-8 weeks for delivery.
It is now JULY 22 and there has been no communication. There was no response to my email and no one answers the phone (and you cant leave a message).
Im disappointed because my husband would have loved them. I will be seeking to reverse the charges.
Do Not order from this company.Same experience. Worst communication and a horrible product. This company will go under soon.

Rad Rover
I purchased a Rad Rover in 2018. Since this time I have road just over 1000 miles over a variety of surfaces including snow, sand, mud and pavement. Unfortunately, the bike recently stopped showing mph/miles driven. The problem has been progressive as now the display has stopped working and I am no longer able to charge the batter due to it overheating. I contacted the company via email. Almost two weeks later I received a reply to check all the connections which I did. Since this time I have not been able to receive further insight to a potential issue. I have called and emailed.
Before my recent issues I would have rated the bike at 5/5. I now rate the bike as a 3/5 with a recommendation of not buying the bike due to the absence of support.Review about: Popcornopolis

I had a similar experience in London with Windsor Castle and Stonehenge Bath full day tour. I had the vouchers and even received the confirmation email the night before. We arrived at the pickup site only to find that we were not the list. We were let on the bus but then asked to leave as the bus was full. They made us get off the bus and left us standing at the curb in the middle of London. Last day of our trip so we missed Windsor Castle and Stonehenge and Bath. We traveled from the states and probably will never be able to return to GB. Devastating.
