I went all out and bought some counter stools that were supposedly "family friendly," thinking that meant they could handle some use. But man, was I mistaken. In just one day, they were already stained, and I learned the tough way that "family friendly" only meant they were resistant to water, not stains. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they were not clear at all, and I had to go through a lot just to get a straight answer. And let's not even talk about the shipping mess-ups... it took several tries just to get the delivery right. What a pain.

Replacement shoe with less support
I recently bought a shoe from your store, hoping to find a replacement for a style I got several years ago. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see that you don't have the exact same shoe anymore. The new shoe doesn't provide the same support that I'm used to, and it feels flatter in comparison. I also couldn't add an extra insert for more comfort because the shoe isn't deep enough. I also noticed that the ball on the shoe is yellow instead of red like my old pair. Even with these differences, I still gave the shoe a 4 out of 5 because it fits well enough for me to keep it.

Derby silk sandals
Oh my gosh, I just had to share about these Derby silk sandals I got for myself, my sister, and my best friend. They were a total disaster! I wore them to my sister's party and it felt like I was walking on razorblades. The thong was so rough and thick, it left my poor feet feeling raw. I even tried putting moleskin on them, but it was no use. I ended up having to go barefoot at the party, can you believe that? It was so embarrassing! And to top it off, I couldn't even wear any other thong sandals for weeks. It was just a bad experience all around. Not cool, definitely not cool.
