Replacement shoe with less support
I recently bought a shoe from your store, hoping to find a replacement for a style I got several years ago. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see that you don't have the exact same shoe anymore. The new shoe doesn't provide the same support that I'm used to, and it feels flatter in comparison. I also couldn't add an extra insert for more comfort because the shoe isn't deep enough. I also noticed that the ball on the shoe is yellow instead of red like my old pair. Even with these differences, I still gave the shoe a 4 out of 5 because it fits well enough for me to keep it.
