I can't believe how bold this company is. I bought a pair of shoes a few weeks back and still haven't gotten them. I've tried to get in touch several times but no one has gotten back to me. It's definitely a scam! Don't waste your money here, steer clear. I'm so annoyed at their terrible customer service and failure to deliver what they promised.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 pair of shoes and two pair I didn't care for as they are the cheapest shoes I've ever seen. I requested a refund and they require you to jump thru endless hoops. First they ask you to use the items for a gift to someone? I followed their instructions to the "T" and shipped them to the address they provided. I have sent numerous emails as to why my refund has not been sent to my cc account? They again start the process over asking for pictures of the items returned? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. To date I have not received my refund or an acknowledgment. BEWARE

9 1/2. Emailed for a refund and where to return sandals. I received an email telling me to give them to someone as a gift. I filed complaint with BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and disputed charges with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Shoes
TINSTREE IS A SCAM. Products are shoddy... there is no customer service...’ you can’t get refunds on returns. WORST BUSINESS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

One of the pairs of shoes I ordered didn't fit so I reached out to them to initiate a return. They replied that I instead should just gift them to a friend. What?! After having to email with them a few more times I finally received an address to return the shoes to. In the same email they also asked that I provide them with the carrier and a tracking number, which I did. They then replied that they were too busy to track packages and that I needed to track it email them again when it had arrived and again request for a refund. They still have yet to reply to that email and it took them almost two weeks to refund my credit card. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They were to big. I emailed the company and they email me back, suggesting I keep the shoes and give to someone as a gift instead of returning? Really? Finally got a email back with a fake phone number and return address? I called the number a lady voicemail stated that was not Tinstree number?

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SITE! I read the horrible reviews about this site, yet held out hope because the shoes looked so nice in pictures. What I received, was not nice at all. Clunky odd shoes that smelled like either a dead skunk, or death. A real shame they are still in business. I had the same response I read from others, can't I give them as a gift, or pay to ship back. I wouldn't give an enemy a putrid smelling pair of clunky shoes. READ THE REVIEWS! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Awful! Do not buy from Tinstree. My shoes REEK of chemicals, they smell like gasoline!
I cannot wear them. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to pay to ship them back or suggested I gift them.I had the same issue Crystal. The smell was horrible, and sadly I almost could have tried to fix if they looked even remotely like the picture.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews about this company before I made my purchase. First, they did not process the order correctly, so I was waiting for over 2 weeks. When I contacted them, they told me that the boots were coming from China, so they did not arrive for another several days, well after the date that I needed them. When they arrived, they were a size too big (clearly marked, so it was not an accident). When I tried to return them, they told me I should give them to a friend as a gift. Since then, they have done everything to stall my refund, answering each email with another request, "please send us a picture of the item, please send the tracking information, please send confirmation that the return was delivered to us," etc. Also, they are not refunding the shipping cost and also, I had to pay for the return shipping. To date, I have not received my refund, even though I have confirmation that they received it on October 5. I first put this order in August, and it has been nothing but a serious waste of time and money with nothing to show for it. This is a horrible dishonest company and I hope it goes under.

Same, ordered heels for a wedding. Heels we’re 3wks late getting here. They did not arrive in a shoe box. A plastic bag and shoes were shoved into each other permanently smashing the bows and ... the shoe.
They looked sooo cheap compared to the photo. Felt cheap. & we’re too big a womens size 9 was is a 38 or 39 in European sizing
These were a 42!!!! Once I saw the return policy…..THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO GOODWILL!! I wouldn’t give them to my worst enemy! DO NOT ORDER!Shoes
Wish I had read these other reviews before ordering a pair of shoes from Tinstree. They didn't fit, I tried to return them, then I received the same form letter from 'Vanessa' others have received. I was asked to donate my purchase or receive a discount coupon, because my return shipping charges would impractically high if I chose that route. As others have said, I'm frustrated this company reaps the benefit of my mistake in not noticing the website's origin is Hong Kong, and I agree they scam customers into thinking returns, if necessary, are easy to accomplish. Guess I'm keeping these unwanted shoes, but I won't make the same mistake again: Amazon only from now on.
Espadrille sandals
Ordered sandals for my son's wedding. Tried them on when they got here only to find one sandal didn't fit the same as the other. It was looser with no way to fix it. The strap for the ankle was weird but I could have lived with that. They won't give me a refund, offered me a coupon and told me to give them away. No way to return and in reading their requirements they have for returns are ridiculous. Don't buy from this company, I now I have shoes I can't do anything with.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from this site for my teenage daughters to attend my oldest daughter's wedding. Well, only one pair of shoes were shipped so this is the initial email that I sent:

I am emailing to inform you that I did not receive a pair of shoes. I ordered (order # TS51319) 2 pair, but only one pair was delivered. I received the camel color (D2Y091TS80), but not the beige (D2Y091MS75) The email that I received from you is saying that the order has been fulfilled, but it hasn't. Can you either track to see what happened to the other pair, or issue me a refund? I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.

At this point I knew that the other pair would not arrive on time for the wedding so I ordered a similar pair from Amazon and asked for a refund of my money because I didn't get the shoes, but this "Vanessa" person sent a reply saying that they're already on the way, so I couldn't get a refund.

My Response: (May 11th 2022) No, I don't understand because Your website said that the item was fulfilled as if I already received it and I haven't. How do I know that they're shipped? You could be just saying this in order to keep my money. These shoes should have arrived with the other pair that was on this same order. There was no notice telling me that they were going to be shipped separately. I don't believe that you are being honest with me and that you're being very unprofessional.
They didn't respond anymore but I continued to email them, thinking that I could report the to the BBB, but I found out that they were out of Hong Kong and the BBB doesn't deal with people out of the country. This was the one of the last emails I sent:

I still haven't received the shoes and I stopped payment (was going though Klarna) on them even though I paid more than half. This taught me a valuable lesson in CHECKING BEFORE I order from any website (other than Amazon) to see if they're coming out of China or any other Asian company because once they get your money, your done! I ordered WHITE shoes. They sent me Beige. They want me to pay for the return shipping and won't refund my money until I do so. Very difficult to work with and at one point just sent me a smiley face in response to my statement that I should not have to pay for their mess up. SCAM company! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I had the most awful experience with them. They are a complete scam. They would not provide with me with a return shipping label for their mistake. They tried scaring me into not returning because of how expensive it is and they might get lost during the shipping process and then I lose out. I responded so many times and they did not respond to anything I wrote, just copy paste responses. I stopped responding and contacted my bank. They have no phone number and I got some crazy emails that items were out of stock but never provided which product(s) and then said they canceled my order and refunded me. I responded to immediately refund me and a week later shoes show up. They can't even give a grammatically correct response. I am not stuck with their ... shoes which are literally .... It’s really sad that so many companies are popping up and LITERALLY scamming people and there is nothing we can do except write reviews. These are the emails I received from them.

BEWARE: I purchased a pair of black mules from Tinstree. The shoes were of very poor quality and when I requested information to return them, I was told that I would be responsible for the '"expensive" shipping and that I should just give them away as a gift or agree to a coupon from them. I asked that they still send me the return details and let me determine if I wanted to pay the "expensive" shipping charges. Again, no shipping information was provided, but I was told to reconsider and take the coupon. Do not deal with this company. They will rip you off.

Hello, On March 6th I order some boots from Tinstree and the boots didn’t arrive until March 25th 2022. The product that I order for my wife were not as advertised and they didn’t fit. I have been correspondence with the service the department and they have not offer to exchange or refund my money. They have had to take pictures or the package, label on the package and pictures of the boots. I have attached a detail document with the correspondence from this company as requested to no avail! Please be aware that this not a reputable company like Amazon this website and the product sold are not what you will get and they will not give you refund but offer you to buy something else with a coupon. BEWARE!!!!
