Pregnancy Pillow
My experience at Ortorex was really frustrating. I bought a pregnancy pillow and was really surprised when I got a low-quality one that seemed like a cheap knock-off. It was basically unusable. When I asked for my money back, Ortorex only wanted to give me 30% at first, which was not fair at all considering how bad the product was. After arguing with them, they finally agreed to refund 70%, but it still doesn't make up for the fact that I basically got scammed. I'm now reaching out to the authorities and Mastercard to try and fix this mess. I'm really disappointed with Ortorex's shady business practices. I just want my money back and I hope others stay away from this place.
