Misleading diabetic socks
I was really let down by the diabetic socks I got from this company. They were supposed to be soft top diabetic socks, but they turned out to not be good for diabetics at all. The quality was bad and they just weren't right. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company to anyone else to avoid the same disappointment.

I had an issue with my shoes, but customer service fixed it really quickly. The people I talked to were really helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. It was clear they cared about fixing my problem, and I really appreciate it. The shoes are comfortable and look great on my feet.

My experience ordering from this company was pretty good. They did keep me updated about possible delays and the customer service folks were really nice and helpful. I placed my order on November 30th and got it on December 8th. Everything was in good shape, nothing missing or broken. I would have given them 5 stars, but they told me they sent an order confirmation with tracking info and I never got it. Another rep told me my package was still at the warehouse the next day. It took 6 days to finally get that confirmation and tracking info, and then 2 days for Yodel to deliver it.
