I've been waiting for a response about the hair supplements I bought. I asked my question twice, but I still haven't heard anything back after almost two weeks. It's frustrating and I'm feeling unsure about how to use the product. The product directions don't say if I should swallow the daily pill whole or chew it. Just hoping to get some clarity on that.

"Hidden custom charges"
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I just bought some shoes at Shoe Sensation in Paragould the other day. Spent over $100 on them, but had to take them back within 2 hours. Well, when I checked my account, turns out they not only didn't refund me but actually charged me again for the shoes! Now I'm out more than $200 with nothing to wear. The store won't own up to their mess-up and insists they only charged me once, but I know what I saw. This whole situation is just not cool and really ticks me off.

I just signed up for a streaming service and I'm loving all the shows and movies they have. The only thing that's been bothering me is the annoying ads that keep popping up before every episode. Coffee press travel mug
So I recently got this travel mug that doubles as a coffee press, and I have to say, it's been pretty great. The customer service was fast and the staff was super friendly. The mug itself does an awesome job of keeping my coffee hot for a long time, making it perfect for on-the-go situations. But there are a couple of things that bother me. First off, the mug is too wide to fit in my car's cupholder, which is a bit of a pain. And when I press down on the coffee press, there's always this bit of liquid that just won't go through the mesh, leaving like an inch of coffee at the bottom. It's a little frustrating, to be honest. I'm not sure why it won't all go through, but it's like a little pond of coffee down there. Despite these issues, I still really enjoy using this mug, even though sometimes I think it might be easier to just brew the coffee in a regular cup and transfer it over.

The new system for redeeming rewards with the dual recognition is driving me crazy. Like, you select your reward and then supposedly you get an email right away to confirm, but let me tell you, it takes forever sometimes. Hours, honestly. Those sneakers cost me an arm and a leg, and to make matters worse, the shipping was outrageous! I bought them for an upcoming trip, only to realize that the return policy is a strict 7 days with an added fee. Talk about a ripoff! Lamb baby boy flower arrangement
I ordered this really cute lamb baby boy flower arrangement for my niece who just had a baby. I was super excited for it to arrive because it looked so adorable in the picture. But when it showed up, it was just a plain clear vase with some blue and white flowers in it. I mean, I could have put that together myself or gotten it from anywhere. I was so disappointed, I called them up right away to tell them they got it wrong. They said they would send the correct arrangement on Monday, but it never showed up. I called again on Wednesday and they promised they would deliver it the next day. I'll believe it when I see it! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, would have saved me a lot of trouble.

I signed up for this 3-month gift subscription thinking it would be awesome, but it totally backfired on me! They asked for my credit card info just for a gift - sketchy, right? Then, if I forgot to cancel before it renewed, they started hitting me with charges left and right. I got charged twice before I even got my 3rd shipment of records! No warnings, no heads up about my gift ending. Just out of nowhere - bam, money gone! And when I tried to complain, all they offered me was store credits. Seriously, not cool at all.

My recent experience buying stuff online from LivingSocial was a total letdown. I tried to cancel something before it got shipped out, but it still ended up coming my way. I tried to fix things by talking to the vendor and LivingSocial, but no luck. The communication and customer service from LivingSocial really bummed me out. On the flip side, I've had great experiences with other online sites like Groupon, Restaurant.com, and eBay where they really care about making customers happy.
