My kid really enjoyed the writing class they took. Their teacher, Ms. Collins, was amazing at keeping the kids interested and involved. Even though my kid wasn't too thrilled about joining the class at first because they don't really like writing, they got really into it and actually had a good time. They were all pumped to work on their writing project and kept talking about what they learned long after the class was over.

I might not be the most tech-savvy person out there, but I have to admit, the support I got was amazing. I had some trouble with the website tools, but the customer service rep really went out of their way to help me. They even offered to hop on a Teams call to show me how to do it. I was seriously impressed.

Product purchase mix-up
I've been a loyal customer for years, always getting this product delivered to my house with no problems. But, I had a big issue recently. They sent my order to an old address I haven't lived at for eight years. It was so annoying because I had to buy the same things again to get them sent to the right place. It's not right to have to pay twice for something that should have been done right the first time. I deserve better service from a company I've been loyal to for so long.

Gift card issue
I bought some gift cards for my team as Christmas presents, but one of them ended up being invalid and had different numbers from the original one. I've gone to the store two times with my receipt and proof of payment, and I've called and emailed them a bunch of times since January 5th, but they still haven't fixed it. It's really annoying to have to waste more time and money just because of their mistake. Selfridges has not handled this well at all and their system management is just awful. I think I'll stick to shopping at Primark from now on and spend my money there.
