Oversized coat purchase
I just bought this huge coat from an online store, thinking I could swap it for a smaller size. But when I reached out to customer service for help, they gave me a messed up link that took me to a useless exchange site where I couldn't make any changes. Plus, when I tried to leave a bad review on their website, the system wouldn't let me post it. It was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
