Online shopping experience
I live pretty far from the closest store, so I always go for online shopping. It's really easy, and their customer service is always great. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is when I have questions or need help. The prices are good, and the clothes are always top-notch quality. I'm a happy online shopper at that store.

Flowers and chocolates
I'm still in shock over the awful time I had trying to order flowers and chocolates from this company. It felt like a total interrogation just for trying to send a sweet gift. They even asked for a bank teller's signature on bank letterhead, which was just plain ridiculous. I've never come across such unnecessary and nosy demands just to order a couple of things. It was so annoying and inconvenient, making me feel like I was seen as a criminal instead of a regular customer. Needless to say, I won't be using their service again and I'll be sure to let others know to avoid them.
