Voucher redemption issue
I recently had a really frustrating experience trying to use a voucher with this company. Seems like I'm not the only one struggling with this, others are having trouble too. It feels like a trick to get us to use vouchers that we can't even use. I reached out to customer service for help but it's been over two months and still no solution. It's disappointing that a company this big isn't more responsive and accountable. It feels like they care more about money than making their customers happy. It's sad to see them not caring about the customer experience.

wallet
This place is such a rip-off! I bought a wallet and it took more than 10 days to get here, even though they said it would ship in 1-2 days and be delivered First Class. They didn't keep me in the loop at all, no updates, nothing. I even emailed them and didn't hear back. It's obvious that I'm not the only one who's been through this, but thankfully I paid with PayPal and they gave me a refund right away. Don't bother with this place, it's not worth the trouble.

Makeup brushes set purchase
So, I came across some mixed reviews but decided to take a chance and order a makeup brushes set. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived just a week later, which is pretty fast considering I'm in the US. The brushes were totally worth the price I paid - great quality. The only downside was that the packaging was a little squished with no protective tissue paper or bubble wrap. Kind of a bummer since it would've been perfect for gifting. But honestly, besides that one hiccup, I have nothing to complain about.

Overcharge issue
I'm really frustrated because I got charged twice for my online order and the company isn't fixing it, even after I showed them proof. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they keep putting me on hold forever and never call me back. It's really disappointing how they're handling this situation. And on top of that, my order is taking forever to arrive.

This product is amazing! I began by taking one pill daily, but then after a few months, I decided to add another one. And you know what? I noticed a significant change! I mean, those lines in my earlobes? Completely disappeared. And one morning, after unintentionally sleeping on my side, I checked myself out in the mirror and my face looked so much less wrinkled! I just got this new plastic seat and I'm loving it! Been using it in my car and it's giving me way better support than my old squishy seat. The firmer material really makes a difference, especially on those rough roads. Even my brother gave both seats a try and he's also a fan of the firmer one. BackJoy is the best!
