Disney movie purchases
I've been a part of this club for some time, and honestly, I'm feeling kind of torn about it. I mean, I really enjoy the perks of getting Disney movies at a discount and having access to exclusive merchandise. But, on the other hand, the whole requirement of buying a set number of movies in a specific timeframe can be a little much. I sometimes feel like I have to make purchases just to meet the quota, which kind of takes away from the fun of being a member. The movie selection is awesome, but it would be great to have more freedom to choose what I want to buy without worrying about keeping up with the commitment.

I tried out that new MMO game and, man, I was really let down. The ordering part was easy enough, but the service left a lot to be desired. I ran into a bunch of problems with the payment system, causing major delays and just really getting on my nerves. The pricing was okay, nothing special, but the delivery took forever. All in all, it wasn't the easiest or most pleasant experience just to buy a game.

I wanted to share my recent experience as a customer at your store. I purchased some clothing items, but unfortunately, I had some problems with them. One of the shirts I bought was damaged, so I returned it for a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, I was surprised to see that I was charged again for the same item. It took several phone calls to fix the issue, and I'm still not sure if the refund was processed correctly on my credit card. I'm also worried about how my Mastercard number was used without my permission. In addition, I bought some black jeans that got streaky after washing them. When I told the store about this, they said there was nothing they could do. All of these situations have left me feeling let down and questioning the quality and customer service your store provides.

High import fee on order
I was pretty bummed when I found out that on top of my $200 order, I also had to pay a $93 import fee. I live in Canada and had no idea that the company was in Germany, so those extra costs caught me off guard and honestly, it was pretty annoying. Plus, the fact that all the prices were in CAD didn't clue me in on the potential import fees. Now, I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from that store in the future.

I had a problem with a mistake a rep made at this company. I wasn't happy with how it was fixed at first, so I left a review saying so. But then, out of the blue, one of the co-founders got in touch with me and really went above and beyond to make things right. I was so impressed with the way they took care of me as a customer. It totally changed my opinion of the brand. I'll definitely keep buying from them as I add more watches to my collection.

I just bought a drone from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with my whole experience. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated for it to get delivered, arriving about two and a half weeks later, but it came without any problems. My experience at Shop Premium Outlets was really disappointing. I bought 7 pairs of fancy sunglasses for almost $1000. They split my order into two deliveries, and 6 pairs came through UPS with no problems. But the 7th pair sent by USPS never showed up. When I reached out to the store for help, they basically left me hanging. USPS said they delivered the package, but there was no follow-up to figure out what happened. The store didn't try to fix the situation or help me at all. This kind of customer service is not okay, especially when you're spending so much on luxury items. It's frustrating to have a store ignore a missing item and not even try to make it right. I've lost trust in them and won't be shopping there again.

Customer service is a complete joke. Those representatives don't seem to have a clue about what's going on with my orders. Supposedly, my toothbrush set was all "ready to ship," but here I am, still waiting for it to arrive. I wasted a whole month just sitting around, and all I got was false promises about getting a shipping confirmation within 72 hours. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to avoid all this headache.

I got a charger from this one place, but when I tried to use it on my phone, it didn't work at all. So I went back to return it, but they told me I had to wait for a super long time for them to test it out. Eventually, they said I could return it, but they'd only give me half of my money back because they claimed it was dirty. They even sent me pictures of a dirty charger, but it wasn't even the one I had!

Long-haul flight, poor food, damaged luggage, unsatisfactory transfer experience
The long flight with Swiss Airlines was a letdown. Seats were comfy enough, but the food options were seriously lacking. By the time they got to the back, all that was left were stale rolls and watery yogurt. The flight attendants seemed bored and unhappy, not the upbeat friendliness you'd hope for on a long flight. The transfer at Zurich airport was a nightmare. We only had 10 minutes to catch our next flight after a 10-hour journey, so we had to sprint across the airport, which was not fun. Because of the rush, both of our suitcases were delayed and arrived damaged. Trying to file a claim for the damaged luggage on the website was overly complicated and took forever.
