Hey, I got this awesome carrying case and I'm loving it! I got these adorable clothes from the store, but when I went to pay two days before the deadline, they hit me with a late fee because apparently it takes 72 hours to process payments. It's so annoying, and now my credit score is messed up. I used to be a loyal customer for me and my family, but not anymore. Their customer service is just awful.

Booked a car service
I had the most terrible experience using this service. The driver arrived 1.5 hrs before the assigned pick-up time and then started the waiting timer for 60 min. The driver did not check the status of the flight which was delayed by 1/2 hr either to adjust their pick-up time. I was in constant touch with the driver and told her that she was early and that my pickup was much later but she did not accept what I said. She ended up leaving and putting me as a "NO SHOW" even before I had come out of the airport. This was after I told her I was in the immigration line and just 15-20 min away from getting out. I am extremely disappointed by the miscommunication between Shuttlefare and its drivers. I had to get a much more expensive Uber from the airport and Shuttlefare refused to pay the difference in amount. I would not recommend this service.
