With the whole pandemic situation, I get that businesses might be short-staffed, including this one. I think the surge in new sign-ups from everyone being stuck at home could be part of the problem. Also, it seems like some customers don't quite understand how auto-renewal works, even though it's pretty common for online subscriptions. Personally, I had no trouble finding the auto-renewal option in my account settings and turned it off right away. Plus, if you're paying with a credit card, you always have the option to dispute charges if you think you've been billed incorrectly, which gives you some extra protection.

I got this green Seahawks jersey that was total trash, no lie! The material was nowhere near athletic and it was way too snug, couldn't even catch a breath in it.
