Four items
I had a great experience with the communication and service from the seller. The artist quickly reached out to get the details on a customized item I wanted, and the final product turned out even better than I hoped. I ended up purchasing four items in total, and they were all stunning. Even though there was a mistake with one of the necklaces, the artist did everything possible to fix it and make sure I was happy. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more in the future.

I've been talking to this guy Matthew from the store since December 2023 and man, let me tell you, his customer service skills are off the charts. He's always going the extra mile to help me out with anything I need. Whether it's answering my questions super fast or giving me personalized recommendations, Matthew really knows how to make shopping fun and easy. I'm definitely sticking with him for all my future purchases because he's just that good at what he does.

Deodorant purchase
I bought this deodorant and at first, it worked great. But then they changed the formula and now it doesn't do the job like it used to. The new smell is nice, but it doesn't keep me protected like before. I used to count on this deodorant when I was out camping and couldn't clean up for days, but now it barely lasts one day. I'm really let down by how it's working now.
