Four items
I had a great experience with the communication and service from the seller. The artist quickly reached out to get the details on a customized item I wanted, and the final product turned out even better than I hoped. I ended up purchasing four items in total, and they were all stunning. Even though there was a mistake with one of the necklaces, the artist did everything possible to fix it and make sure I was happy. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more in the future.

Pergola purchase
I bought a pergola online and was supposed to pick it up at the store. But then I got an email saying it wasn't available and would be in stock in three weeks. I tried emailing and visiting the store in person to get it sorted out, but it just got confusing. Different locations were telling me different things about when the pergola would be available, which was annoying and took up a lot of my time. The staff not communicating well and giving me wrong info made the whole thing a huge hassle. It's not cool and makes the company look bad.

Slow shipping and poor customer service
I ordered something three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service but they haven't responded to me at all. It's been really frustrating and not a good experience at all.

Deodorant purchase
I bought this deodorant and at first, it worked great. But then they changed the formula and now it doesn't do the job like it used to. The new smell is nice, but it doesn't keep me protected like before. I used to count on this deodorant when I was out camping and couldn't clean up for days, but now it barely lasts one day. I'm really let down by how it's working now.
