Electric water heater purchase.
I bought an electric water heater from that store, but instead of using their installation service, I had my plumber put it in. Sadly, it turned out to be faulty. When I contacted customer service about exchanging it, they weren't much help. They just kept passing me from one department to another, and I couldn't get my issue resolved. The service was really bad, and I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of support.

2 hard to find shampoos
I was really excited when I found these shampoos on Perfumes Club and couldn't wait to try them. But alas, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. It took forever for my order to arrive - about 5-6 weeks, which is way longer than I was expecting. And when the package finally showed up, it was all beat up and had been re-taped. On top of that, only half of my order was in there.
It looks like my package got held up at U.S. customs and went through some super intense inspection or something. I'm grateful for getting the products I ordered, but the shipping process to the U.S. definitely needs some major improvements.Review about: G-Star Raw

I got those 2 drawer lateral file cabinets delivered quick, but man, putting them together was a pain. The instructions were a mess, even though the parts were labeled well. Once I finally finished, the whole thing was shaky and the drawers didn't line up right. I decided to send one back and only got half my money back, which sucked because they promised satisfaction. In the end, I was pretty let down by the product.

I got a JJwinks tank as a Christmas present and I totally loved it at first. But after a couple of years, I realized the material wasn't holding up like I expected. When I posted about it on social media, they told me to reach out to customer service. Let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! They quickly sent me a new tank in a color that's supposed to last longer. Now I'm a big fan of these tanks and I want one in every color. They're super comfy, adorable, and amazingly soft.
