I bought a Christmas gift for my family recently, but it hasn't arrived yet even though I paid for it two weeks ago. I need it urgently, but there haven't been any updates on my order. The customer service responses have been generic, telling me to wait up to 3 days for a reply. This is frustrating, especially because I paid a lot for the item. I'm really let down by this experience and won't be shopping with them online again.

I bought this big ol' dog bed and boy, was I bummed when the zipper went kaput after just one wash. I called up customer service and you know what? They flat out refused to send me a new bed. Man, that really ticks me off and makes me feel like I threw my money down the drain. No way I'm buying anything from these folks again.

Faulty iRobot mop
I recently bought an iRobot mop, and man, am I let down by how it's been working. It's brand spanking new, but it's never really done its job right. It's been a major headache in my daily routine. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it's been seriously lacking. I've hardly heard a peep from the company about our refund or getting a replacement. Feels like iRobot is dodging their responsibility and crossing their fingers that we'll just drop it. I've gotta warn others as a savvy shopper - steer clear of this company.
