I got a prescription from my Neurologist for a scooter, but there was a mix-up in passing it to the right person to get it approved. Even though Dr. Aslam retired and my primary care doctor isn't answering Sus Valley Mobility's questions, I still haven't received the scooter that my medical records show I need. This lack of communication has made it really hard to get the mobility help I need for my condition, and it's been frustrating and caused delays.

I reached out to the company about two weeks ago looking to buy some face masks. I had a chat with one of their reps who got my info and said they'd get back to me about the masks. But, sadly, I never got that return call even though I waited around for it.
