First-time purchase
My time at this store was a letdown. I made my initial order, only for it to get axed because of a billing problem. Irritated, I figured I'd try again and placed a second order, but it seemed to disappear into thin air. The customer service folks blamed Covid limited hours, even though that's old news. That excuse just doesn't cut it for their sloppy work and lack of professionalism. All in all, I was left with a bad feeling and won't be shopping there again.

Hydration backpack for mountain biking
I recently bought a hydration backpack for mountain biking last May to replace my old one that had been with me for twenty years. The new backpack design was pretty cool, with better storage options and a larger bladder capacity. But, I was bummed out when I realized the harness wasn't as tough as my old one, and the detachable waist strap just seemed pointless.
And then, after a little tumble, the flimsy material holding the waist strap came apart, making the whole pack useless. I reached out to customer service, sent photos of the damage and my receipt, and all I got was a dismissive response telling me to go back to where I bought it. Turns out, the warranty didn't cover the damage, so now I'm stuck with a practically brand-new pack that I can't even use.Review about: Ted's Woodworking
Woodworking plans purchase
I was so excited to find these awesome woodworking plans, but they ended up being a total scam! The plans were really disappointing and nothing like what I had in mind. Such a letdown.

Kitchen map purchase
The map looks awesome in our kitchen. I love the vibes it gives off. But the black wood frame was disappointing. It had a bunch of dents and missing paint, so I had to try and fix it up with a black sharpie in a few places. The plexiglass had scratches all over where the metal "grommets" and "clasps" hold the frame together, even though it had protective film on both sides. The film was too thin to do much protecting, which was annoying. The map is nice, but the frame needs some work.

Easy online purchase for Chicago attractions.
I just got some passes online to visit all the cool sites in Chicago and it was so easy. The passes even let us skip some lines, which was awesome. They were totally worth it because they included stuff that would have been more expensive if we bought them individually at the ticket office. I'm definitely going to use this service again when I visit other cities.
