Insurance made easy
Dealing with insurance can be a real pain, but Terry really made everything super easy. I was kinda nervous about using my insurance since it's been a pain before, but Terry handled everything so well. I'm really happy with the service and will definitely use it again in the future.

FurZapper with expensive shipping
I was really looking forward to getting the FurZapper, but when I saw that the shipping cost was $45.95, I was taken aback! I thought it was going to be like $10 at the most. I was pretty disappointed and even considered cancelling my order. However, I decided to contact the Grommet and they responded promptly! They were very kind and assisted me in sorting everything out. Talking to them made me feel a lot better, and I regained my trust in them.

I received a phone for my birthday, but it wasn't the one I asked for, so I had to return it. I've been reaching out to them but they're not responding, and I still haven't gotten my refund. This company is terrible, I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Good coverage, cheaper than rental car CDW
I really liked how clear the general conditions were with this service. The coverage they offered was good and way cheaper than getting CDW straight from the rental car company. But, I think it would be even better if renters didn't have to pay for CDW upfront. Instead, RentalCover could handle the payment directly with the rental company if something happens, even if it means paying a little extra for that convenience.

I’ve bought from here a few times and everything has always been good. My orders came fast and were packed up really well. They kept me updated with tracking info the whole time so I always knew where my package was. I haven’t had to talk to customer service yet so I can’t say anything about that.

Fruit bouquet
I was really disappointed with the fruit bouquet I ordered for my wife. She thought she was supporting a local business, but it turns out that wasn't the case at all. We ended up paying $80 for only 9 strawberries, which is crazy. The bouquet arrived 2 days late, even though I ordered it almost 2 weeks in advance. And to top it off, the strawberries were in bad shape - the chocolate was melted and the fruit was squishy. It just wasn't worth the high price we paid. I would recommend others to save their money and go for a more reliable and affordable option, like getting fruit from a local grocery store.

Flight booking
I recently booked a flight with this company and man, was I disappointed with the whole thing. The website was a mess and it was super hard to find a good deal. The customer service was also not great - had to wait forever to talk to anyone and when I did, they weren't much help. Plus, the prices weren't as good as I thought they'd be, found cheaper options on other sites. And to top it off, my ticket confirmation took forever to get to me, stressful as heck before my trip.

Shoes, bad customer service
I had the worst time trying to talk to those people! I emailed them and it was like talking to a brick wall, they didn't get a word I was saying. So frustrating, I almost threw in the towel! And they never pick up the phone or return my calls when I leave messages. I used to buy their shoes all the time, but not anymore!
