Late delivery without communication
Shipping is seriously delayed and there's been no word on what's going on. I ordered something on December 13th with an expected delivery date of December 21st. It's now December 26th and there's still no sign of my order.

I decided to buy from this store because of all the good reviews from other folks that made me trust that it's a good place to order from. The website was super easy to use, so I had no trouble finding and buying the thing I wanted. I really liked how smooth everything went while I was shopping on this site, and I can't wait to get my hands on my first purchase from here.

Vacation package purchase
My vacation package turned into a total disaster. I saved up and paid for it in full, but then the company went and canceled it, took my money, and ghosted. They say they refunded us, but I, along with tons of other folks, have been fighting to get our money back for what feels like eternity. Dealing with our credit card companies has been a real headache, and there are even some poor souls who got stuck in a bad situation during their trips because of the company's carelessness.
