Delayed order
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, but I'm starting to think about going somewhere else. It looks like they're putting all their focus on giving products to YouTube influencers for free, which means the rest of us are stuck waiting a long time for things that are out of stock. Since the company was taken over by a new one, it's been tougher to find a good deal and customer service has gone downhill. It's annoying to watch influencers get treated so well while the rest of us have to pay full price and wait forever for our stuff. I think they need to rethink this plan if they want to keep customers like me around.

Essential items for new pet
I bought some stuff for my new pet the other day, but I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the customer service from this company. I've tried calling their customer service number a bunch of times, but I keep getting put on hold forever and then sent to voicemail once I finally get through. It's been a real headache, especially 'cause I paid for express shipping on a big order and haven't gotten any updates on when it's gonna arrive. The confirmation email I got said the order would ship out the next business day, but it's been days now and I still have no idea when it's coming.
